1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the DealCraft app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.
2. Description of Service
The App provides discount rule management functionality for Shopify stores, including:
- Creating and managing discount rules with various conditions and configurations.
- Executing discounts at checkout via Shopify Functions.
- Providing analytics and execution logs for rule performance.
- Theme Extension widgets for displaying discount information on storefronts.
- Bulk pricing, campaigns, discount codes, and other advanced discount features.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for configuring discount rules accurately. The App executes rules exactly as configured.
- You must ensure your discount rules comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for testing rules before applying them to live stores.
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your Shopify account credentials.
4. Limitations of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:
- Any losses resulting from incorrectly configured discount rules.
- Revenue impacts from discount applications.
- Service interruptions due to Shopify platform changes or outages.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Subscription & Billing
- The App offers free and paid plans. Pricing is displayed within the App and on the Shopify App Store.
- Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system on a monthly or annual basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or Shopify Admin.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's refund policies.
6. Data & Privacy
Our data practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.
7. Termination
- You may uninstall the App at any time, which terminates these terms.
- We reserve the right to suspend access for violation of these terms or abuse of the service.
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be notified through the App or via Shopify.
